Case three - House help doesnot last

Something seems to be wrong with my clients – quite a few of them are facing problems and I have to attend to their problems – I have this lady who keeps on losing her house help, none want to stay.

I need a solution for this. Zi facing P7 house, I have strengthened the #8 mountain star (a staircase falls in that area) located in kun, I have added an yellow fluorescent light (somehow a red light gives the feeling of a whore house). I have added crystals and I have added a red color poster. Each step was done one at a time. Initially five days after the crystals were placed she found help. But last month (July 2006) they got recruited by someone else.

In her bazi chart she is going through the phase of cheng yin(since 1997); and in her natal chart she doesnot have any shih shen, however she does have shang kuan in the hour stem .
