Case three - House help doesnot last

Something seems to be wrong with my clients – quite a few of them are facing problems and I have to attend to their problems – I have this lady who keeps on losing her house help, none want to stay.

I need a solution for this. Zi facing P7 house, I have strengthened the #8 mountain star (a staircase falls in that area) located in kun, I have added an yellow fluorescent light (somehow a red light gives the feeling of a whore house). I have added crystals and I have added a red color poster. Each step was done one at a time. Initially five days after the crystals were placed she found help. But last month (July 2006) they got recruited by someone else.

In her bazi chart she is going through the phase of cheng yin(since 1997); and in her natal chart she doesnot have any shih shen, however she does have shang kuan in the hour stem .

Her bazi given below -

Case two - i ching (yi jing) - Watch showroom

My recent case is a watch sales outlet (showroom). Just started work on it from 29th June 2006. It is a referral case. I did not want to take it because the facing is NE2(gen) sitting SW2 (kun) period 7. It is on the main road with an incoming road from Se2 (xun) and outgoing road Nw2(qian). In the whole property this unit lies on the North side.

They have already constructed the staircase to the mezzanine floor. Will be difficult to break and move that.

I did an i ching (yi jing) for the fs of the unit.
Ques- Mr.XYZ wants to know the fs of his new watch showroom.

1) Subject and object both are friends - it will not be easy to make money.
2) Even though subject is void since it is a moving line it is active.
3) Gua shen is wealth – even though money is there it will not be easy for him to retain the money
4) Door is you which is also wealth – so door brings in money
5) You is a good area for wealth, a door here would be excellent
6) Output yao (wei) moving and giving birth to You (wealth) – this is good.
7) Xu is the road it doesnot appear in the hexagram nor is it hidden, so it doesnot exist.
8) Output - Wei – Bird is moving, I think this place may have problems with its employees. Employees may be the cause of arguments in this showroom. It could also mean his ideas will not be received well.
9) Also since output turns into friends – it could mean his employees may rob him.
10) He himself (subject) is at friends that means he himself would like to spend money and probably entertain friends or maybe give too much credit.
11) His attitude will not change as Wu friends changes to You – friends. However since wu controls you, things maybe a bit under control.
12) Yong shen – yin according to day branch chou is in a good stage (attire/graduation) – therefore wealth will be there in this place.
13) Yong shen according to month branch is in death stage so relationships in this showroom will not be good. Again I think he will face problems in regards to employees.

I will be putting up his bazi within a few days, followed by the fs of the showroom. I am working on three other cases simultaneously but this case is the most interesting. As the i ching shows that things won't change much, even though I tried things didnot change much.

This is what happened. Since it is a big company showroom, the company sends its own interior decorator to maintain standards in its design. The decorator flew in from another city and we met up for breakfast, the first thing he says to me is why don't you hang a crystal here or some wind chime there? As the meeting proceeded the decorator was not ready to make a single change in the design or the floor plan, only one thing was changed that was the position of the storeroom. I suggested that we have the cash counter in the west sector, decorator didnot agree and wanted it in the southeast. Finally the owner intervened and asked me what will be the problem if we leave the cash counter in the southeast. I told him he would have agitated customers, his employees will not be working well and his computer (billing machine) will give him problems - ultimately money flow will be affected. He asked me if I could put some remedy and I informed him remedies work 60% it is the location that matters not remedies. It felt as if I was talking to a wall, he told me he will opt for remedies and will not shift the location of the cash. It was his decision. After the meeting I looked at the i ching again, wu (friends) changes to you(friends), not much change.

It is not always easy being a practitioner, you tell people what is good for them but they seem to have ear plugs on. These are times I realize that every person has their own destiny and they have to find their path their way and not mine.

I was correct about the football world cup winner. I wonder why some good contemporary masters get it wrong? Or did I just have beginner's luck? My companion was the only one who knew about the prediction, after the finals she was cursing herself. She thinks we can become millionaires if I can predict each and every game. I laugh at her idea, millions but what would a person like me do with millions, nah...better to be the way I am, making my millions the hard way.

Finalists are Italy and France.

France won in 1998.
Italy won in 1934, 1938, 1982.

This year winners will be Italy. Lets see why?

Case One - Bazi - A marriage that did not take place

A young couple had come to me during January 2006, looking for a suitable date to get married. They also wanted to know about their marital life.

I told them it would be difficult for them to get married as there might be a clash of opinions. I also asked him to be careful while traveling and walking especially his legs.

Relationship analysis
Male chart

This year 2006 is Bing Xu, in his chart his spouse palace is being clashed away indicating relationship hassles with his spouse.
His girlfriend star is hai (pig), he is going through phase of shen (monkey) till 2007. Hai and shen form harms indicating problems in the relationship.
He has two girlfriend stars - hai (month branch and hour branch)and one wife star – gui (hour stem). Gui is inactive as it combines with the day master but doesnot transform.
• There is a half elemental combination between his year branch mao and month branch hai.
• This year mao combines with xu and chen clashes with xu, leaving two hai’s to interact with shen (luck pillar).
• In the month of si, shen is combined away with si, leaving hai and hai to interact. Hai and hai is self penalty which means the girlfriend creates her own problems due to which their relationship will be under a lot of stress.
Lastly Xu and Hai are void. Hai is his girlfriend star indicating the bond is not very strong between him and his girlfriend.

Female chart

A complete peach blossom chart and luck pillar is own peach blossom star. Generally a complete peach blossom chart is not good for a woman but it depends on the kind of peach blossom star you have, incase the PB star is same as your favorable and useful element then it is not considered a bad chart.
In this case the women’s day master is extremely strong fire and requires earth and metal. Water in this case will be unfavorable because it gives birth to the wood which in return makes her day master stronger. Water, wood and fire would be the undesired elements.
The quality of her chart is not that good.
• Firstly the peach blossom stars are not her favorable or useful elements.
• Secondly too many peach blossom stars makes a person emotionally unstable.
• Thirdly too many resources in a chart indicates a different kind of thinking.
This year spouse palace is combined away – Xu and Mao.
This year, Wu Xu form half elemental combination of fire and xu mao forms combination of fire. Fire is not good for her.
Zi mao forms penalty indicating problems with her spouse.
Ren is her husband star and Zi is her boyfriend star indicating a lot of men in her life but they donot last because they are weakened by her resources or ideas or thoughts. In other words they are attracted to her but she cannot form any long lasting relationship with them.
Xu and hai are void in her natal chart. Hai is her husband star, not possible to form long term relationships and affinity with her husband is less.

The story
In the month of February 2006 he injured himself in his knee while playing football. In March 2006 he was advised to go in for knee surgery because he had managed to severely damage his ligaments. He was in complete bed rest for the entire month of April.

They had previously selected May as there wedding month. His girlfriend started putting pressures on him to meet her family and finalize a date for their wedding. Since he is the only earning member of the family, he was more worried about his work as he had not being able to work properly for two months. He was getting irritated with her behavior.

It takes minimum 3-4 months of physiotherapy for the ligament to be completely healed and the person to walk properly. He was worried about his leg, his work and his girlfriend did not help much as she continuously kept on asking him when he would visit.

In May 2006 he gave me a call asking me to check their charts again, I remember him saying – “I cannot understand what she wants. I cannot fold my leg as of now and she wants me to visit her parents, set a date and get married. I have not been able to work but the only thing she thinks about is marriage.”

Before I could give my analysis, he called me again saying he had broken up with her. The reason being that she had given him an ultimatum if he did not meet her family within the next 10 days then she would break up with him. Her threat back fired and he simply told her to go her own way because he was tired of her constant nagging.

UPDATE - 14th August 2006

He is dating another female. She still has hopes.

I am a practitioner of the art or should I say science. I have just started my blog and have managed to step on a controversy. Hmmmm.....this is not a blog on controversies but on the practical side or rather application of feng shui, bazi and i ching.

Who am I? Like I mentioned before, I am a practitioner who is extremely frustrated with the theory wars. In this blog you will get to read about real life cases on feng shui, bazi and i ching. I will be posting the entire case - diagrams, details and solutions.

1) The solutions provided is from my understanding of the various techniques in feng shui, bazi and yi jing nonetheless there may be better solutions to the same case. Incase you do have a solution which you think may help you can post it.
